NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt celebrates Hot Wheels’ 50th anniversary with a visit to Bruce Pascal’s rare Hot Wheels collection and his unique home office.
The Hot Wheels-inspired office, designed by DC-based Wingate Hughes Architects, features a 24-foot orange race track ceiling, custom collectors casings, and an original Paco Lane pop-art mural. “Wingate Hughes was able to create these iconic tracks for my office — even mimic the connections — and thought of the detailed lighting,” said Pascal. “It’s not a normal room, it’s an extra-special room.”
