The 2000 Corporate Ridge 10-story office building renovation activates the formerly static McLean complex with opportunity and energy. The live video stuns with footage so pristine, it resembles a rendering. The 102,254 SF redesign projects the suburban building into direct competition with DC’s millennial- and amenities-focused commercial real estate market and places it on a swift track to achieve 100 percent tenant occupancy.
The complete building repositioning, in partnership with Westport Capital Partners, Cambridge Holdings, Cushman & Wakefield and Bognet Construction, supports a comprehensive and balanced work-life experience for suburban employees and addresses ease of access to food, fitness, and relaxation.
Metropolitan-minded amenities include hotel-inspired lobby; open pantry and café; outdoor café and terrace lounge; rooftop lounge; three-story glass storefront and glass atrium ceiling; gym and locker-room; amenity center; and expandable conference space.
